Productivity is the key to Success
As
we all know, that productivity is something which can win us the
feeling of getting 24K magic after finishing any tasks . And it's the
best feeling in the whole world. But, sometimes we feel, as if we can't
possess ourselves to do the work. And, because of that either we get
dragged out of those comfies by our great "mothers" or we put ourselves
on a procrastination mode. And to fight such things we sometimes need a plan.
So,
today in my first blog I'm going to share some tips and tricks by which
I protect myself with the shield from these pests of procrastination.
#1. Sit down
The first thing to be productive, is just put yourself together and sit
with all the books and stuffs for 5 minutes. It is very much important
to put your body and brain in the same track to get something done.
#2. Plan your day/night
The next step is the most crucial step to become productive. We
sometimes love to make those to-do lists (but, some people are very
spontaneous and just love to make those on there heads). No offense, but
sometimes we tend to forget some part of the things we planned. So, to
make ourselves aware of the things we want to finish there is a best
option to jot it down on a planner.
This is the best online website to make your own personalized planners.
#3. Always ask yourself 'why'
At the start of your work, ask yourself what are the benefits you will
gain from the task and why you should give your precious time for it.
This will create the spark on the circuit of your brain and you will
feel motivated about it.
#4. The "Perfect" place
There are sometimes when we feel, about the space to be more Hogwartian
so that we could concentrate. Basically, the space should be more like
some nook so that, we remain focus on our task. Find that "perfect"
place in your home and get started.
#5. Listen to music
The right kind of music can show you the path to success. Some
researches also illustrates that music, especially classical music can
increase focus and also it can activate the brain.
#6. Apply the, "Five-Minute Rule"
If you can do a task, in five minutes, do it straight away instead of
increasing the heights of procrastination. The five minute rule is a
technique for procrastination where you set a goal to do whatever it is,
but just for five minutes. It will create the urge inside yourself to
finish other tasks.
#7. Take short breaks
You are not a robot. Take short breaks in between your studies. Take a
power nap or mediate, even you can have a cup of coffee with some
muffins. (But, do not take short breaks in between every five minutes of
study tasks 😊).
